KNEE CARE
The knee is the most commonly injured joint in the body. It is subjected to immense loads, forces and torque as it stabilized and propels the body.
Many knee injuries are simply sprains and strains of the adjacent soft tissues, tendon and ligaments; these conditions respond well to conservative treatment such as anti-inflammatory medications, bracing, activity modification and therapy. The more severe injuries that damage the cartilage and ligaments in the knee often require surgical intervention.
